Proposal for Tahas & Co Ltd · October 2026
Getting Tahas found,
and recommended.
A 3-month SEO, GEO and AEO Foundation pilot at £500 a month, with a 12-month roadmap that is earned on results, not promised up front.

The problem
What a buyer sees today
Google UK, “accountants Ilford”, 31 October 2026: the local map pack shows three firms. Tahas is not on page 1.
118
reviews · Taxcare Accountancy
115
reviews · T Accountants & Co
67
reviews · S K Punia Accountants
5
reviews · Tahas & Co Ltd, 4.6 stars
- Only the hyper-local search “accountants Newbury Park Ilford” surfaces tahas.net, around sixth, behind J Raja, Butt & Co and Heeni Lawson.
- Ask ChatGPT or Gemini for an audit-registered accountant in Ilford and Tahas is not named: the 2016 site gives them nothing to cite.
- The Google profile lists Suite 2; the website and audit register say Suite 3. Small, but it is the kind of inconsistency AI systems penalise.

The problem
How businesses choose an accountant in 2026
58 / 42
Referral first vs online vetting first. Under half of UK buyers start with a referral.
78%
of UK buyers check a firm’s expertise online before making contact; 64% check client ratings.
86%
say a firm’s thought leadership influences which accountant they choose.
54%
of UK adults now use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, up from 31% a year earlier.
75%
of online UK adults read AI-generated search summaries at least sometimes.
1 in 3
UK Google searches now shows an AI Overview above the results. Fewer than 5% of UK SMEs have done anything about it.

The problem
Why AI assistants don’t recommend Tahas yet
What an AI needs before it cites a firm
- Named, qualified people it can verify
- One clear answer to each question a buyer asks
- Structured data describing the firm and its services
- Permission for AI crawlers to read the site
- The same name, address and phone everywhere
- Reviews and mentions on third-party sites
What tahas.net gives it today
- No partner names, bios or qualifications
- Six 150-word service pages of generic copy
- No schema, no FAQ, no sitemap, a 2016 build
- No AI-crawler rules, no llms.txt
- Suite 2 on Google, Suite 3 on the site and register
- 5 reviews; social icons that link to google.com
Over 60% of UK accountancy sites audited have no structured data at all. The first local firm to fix these basics becomes the one the answer names.

The opportunity
What Tahas already has, and nobody can see
An FCCA statutory auditor
Mustafa Y Poonawala FCCA is the firm’s statutory auditor and primary contact on the Register of Statutory Auditors.
ACCA audit registration 1319818
Most local micro-firms are not registered auditors. This is the strongest trust signal Tahas owns, and it appears nowhere on the website.
Trading since 2014
Tahas & Co Ltd, company 08953016, with two directors and a sister practice, Tahas Kimti Ltd. Twelve years of history AI systems can verify.
A company-formation pedigree
Mustafa was a director of Incorporate Online Ltd from 2007 to 2012. Business setup is a credible niche, not a bolt-on.
A live Google profile, 4.6 stars
Already claimed and well rated. It needs reviews, a corrected address, services, photos and a booking link, not a rebuild.
eincorporate.co.uk
The formation site you have asked us to build is a ready-made lead magnet and a second domain to link from. Every new company needs an accountant.

The opportunity
Three places Tahas can win in months, not years
“Accountants London” is a multi-year fight against franchises and national brands. These three are open.
1 · Fastest
Local authority
Ilford, Newbury Park, Gants Hill, Barkingside, Goodmayes, Seven Kings, Romford. Google profile, reviews and one real page per area. This is where enquiries arrive inside the pilot.
2 · Thin field
Registered audit for growing SMEs
“Do I need an audit?”, thresholds, what an audit costs, charity and subsidiary audits. Few local firms can answer as a registered auditor; none do.
3 · High value
International tax for owners with overseas ties
Overseas income, the post-2025 non-dom rules, double-tax relief, setting up a UK company from abroad. Question-rich, and no local competitor owns it.
Plus the funnel: once built, eincorporate.co.uk captures “set up a limited company” intent and hands warm leads to Tahas for accounts, VAT, payroll and bookkeeping.

The plan
SEO, GEO and AEO: one programme, three outputs
| SEO · search engines | AEO · answer engines | GEO · generative engines | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where Tahas shows up | Google results and the local map pack | Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and featured snippets | ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot recommendations |
| What the buyer typed | “accountants Ilford”, “ACCA audit firm East London” | “Do I need an audit if turnover is £12m?” | “Recommend an Ilford accountant for a family business with overseas income” |
| What wins | Relevance, Google profile, reviews, speed, links | One clear answer per question, FAQ schema, concise definitions | Named experts, consistent entity data, mentions on third-party sites |
| Pilot work that moves it | Rebuild, Google profile, service and area pages, reviews | Question-led pages, schema, FAQs | Partner bios, AI-crawler access, consistent listings and registers |
The same specific, credentialed, well-structured content feeds all three, so the pilot is one workstream, not three.

The plan
What success looks like at month 3
Judged on enquiries and on being named, not on traffic. Every number is measured against a week-1 baseline and reported monthly.
| Measure | Today | Month-3 gate |
|---|---|---|
| Qualified enquiries from organic search and AI (calls, forms, WhatsApp, bookings) | Recorded in week 1 | Up on baseline, 5 or more a month |
| AI assistants naming Tahas, out of 30 buyer prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot | 0 expected | 3 or more |
| Google reviews | 5 | 25 or more |
| Target search terms on page 1, of about 40 tracked | Recorded in week 1 | 8 to 10 |
| Non-brand impressions in Search Console | Recorded in week 1 | 3 times baseline |
The gate is the decision point. Whether the engagement continues, and on what fee, is agreed on these numbers at the month-3 review.

The deal
What we need from Tahas, month by month
The build and the writing are ours. Access, approvals and proof can only come from you: about two hours a week, front-loaded into month 1.
Month 1 · access and inputs
- Domain and DNS: tahas.net registrar login, or a contact who can change records
- Current hosting or cPanel login, to export the old site and redirect its URLs
- Google Business Profile manager access, plus Search Console and Analytics ownership (or let us set them up)
- Logo files, brand colours and any existing photography
- Bios, photos and qualifications for Mustafa and Hemant
- Client sectors, fee ranges and the countries clients have ties to
- Email address and mobile for enquiry notifications and the WhatsApp link
- Sign-off of the review-request template and QR card
Month 2 · review and proof
- A qualified reviewer for every page, 48-hour turnaround on 11 pages
- Mustafa’s technical check on the four international-tax pages
- Staff asking every completed-job client for a Google review; 2 to 3 a week
- Replies to every review, good or bad, within a week (we draft, you approve)
- Two or three anonymised client stories for case studies
- Photos of the office and team for the local pages
Month 3 · amplify and decide
- Sign-off on the four business-setup and outsourcing pages
- Approval of the booking form, pricing-from figures and tracked phone number
- Weekly feedback on enquiry quality, so “qualified” means the same to both of us
- Attend the month-3 review and decide on the next phase

The deal
Investment
£500
per month, excluding VAT, for the 3-month pilot
£1,500 ex VAT in total, billed monthly by Direct Debit or card. No set-up fee. Cancel after month 3 with nothing further to pay.
Included in the pilot
- Site rebuild and technical SEO, schema, AI-crawler access
- Google Business Profile, review engine, 15 consistent listings
- 15 pages written, reviewed with you and published
- Monthly AI prompt-panel tracking across four assistants
- Weekly 15-minute call, monthly dashboard, month-3 pilot report
After month 3: subject to performance
Nothing further is pre-committed. If the month-3 gate is met, we agree the next phase and its fee on the results. If it is not, Tahas keeps everything built, every account and every page, and walks away.
Not included in the pilot: paid advertising, photography and video production, digital PR and outreach (from phase 2, if the gate is met), and the eincorporate.co.uk build, which we will quote as its own project. Tahas owns all accounts and content throughout.

Why Sixpm
Same-day turnaround
Unlimited requests and same-day delivery, built on AI-agent production. A page you sign off on Monday is live on Monday, not in three weeks.
Built for how people search now
We measure AI mentions from week one, not just rankings, and structure every page so an assistant can quote it. Most agencies still sell 2019 SEO.
One partner, one plan
You have asked us to build eincorporate.co.uk; run both together and the formation site feeds this one from day one. And this proposal came from live searches of your actual Redbridge competitors, not a template.
No guaranteed rankings, no bought links, no bought reviews. Everything we do is something Tahas could show to the ACCA.
