Terms of service

These terms apply to every SixPM subscription and Launch Sprint. The fair-use policy forms part of them.

1. The service

SixPM Studio (‘we’) provides brand and website design services on subscription (Essentials, Growth, Scale, Agency Partner) and as a one-off Launch Sprint, as described on sixpm.studio on the day you order.

2. Fees and billing

Your fee is the flat monthly amount (or one-off sprint amount) confirmed to you in writing before work starts. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card, or quarterly or annually at a discount. The Launch Sprint is billed in full at booking. Fees exclude VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Your fee does not change while your subscription remains active.

3. Pausing and cancelling

You may pause a monthly subscription at any time; unused days are banked and resume when you unpause. You may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Cancelling within the first seven days of a new subscription refunds 75% of the first month’s fee.

4. Delivery guarantee

We deliver requests within the times set out in the fair-use policy. If we miss a deadline for reasons within our control, the day is credited to your account. The guarantee does not apply where we are waiting for information or approval from you.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use any material you give us. You give feedback and approvals promptly. You keep your account credentials secure.

6. Ownership

On delivery, all intellectual property in deliverables made for you is assigned to you, except third-party assets (fonts, stock images, platform code) which are licensed to you on their own terms. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Fee changes apply to new customers only; existing subscriptions keep their fee while they remain active.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
