What counts as one request?
One deliverable or one set of changes to an existing deliverable: a web page, a logo direction, a social set of up to ten assets, a deck of up to fifteen slides, a brand guideline section. Larger jobs are split into requests by your creative lead, not refused, and each one ships on its own clock.
What does same-day actually mean?
A request submitted before 13:00 UK on a working day is delivered by 18:00 that day. Anything sent after 13:00 is delivered by 11:00 the next working day. Growth and Scale plans add Saturday cover; Scale adds a 4-hour express lane for requests sent before 10:00. The times are in your contract.
Is the work made by AI?
Production is. Our agents generate directions, build pages, resize assets and run checks. A senior designer briefs them, chooses the direction, finishes type, colour and layout by hand and signs off every delivery. Final logos are redrawn by a person so the mark is original and can be trademarked.
How much does it cost?
One flat monthly fee per plan, no hourly billing and no per-request charges. We confirm the number for your plan in writing on the live build call, before any work starts, and it stays fixed for as long as you stay subscribed.
Do I own everything?
Yes. Source files, fonts licences we buy for you, and the deployed site on your own domain are yours from the day they are delivered. If you cancel, nothing is withheld.
Can I pause?
Any month. Unused days are banked for when you return. There is also a 75% refund if you cancel in your first seven days.
