Sprint questions.
What does it cost?
One fixed price for the whole sprint, confirmed in writing on the kick-off call before payment is taken and before the clock starts. No hourly billing and no extras for the fourteen days of changes. Part of the fee is credited against your first month if you move to a plan.
What do you need from me before you start?
A company name, a domain you own or want us to register, and twenty minutes on a call. If you have photos, a tagline or an old logo, send them; if not, we work with licensed stock and write from scratch. Payment is taken at the end of the call and the clock starts then.
Can I get more than five pages?
Yes, as requests on a plan. The sprint is deliberately fixed so it can ship in 48 hours. Most businesses move to Essentials or Growth on day fifteen and add pages at the normal same-day pace, with the sprint credit applied.
Is the logo original?
Yes. Directions are explored with our agents, then the chosen mark is redrawn by your creative lead so it has human authorship. We run a similarity check against the UK IPO and EUIPO registers before delivery and can file your mark as an add-on.
What if I do not like any of the three directions?
We produce three more at hour 12 at no cost and the 48-hour clock does not move. If after six directions nothing lands, we refund the sprint in full and you keep every file.
